Review on Rock RMS by Michael Vargas

The best thing about rms is their support team; they are constantly listening to how users would want things improved upon in order to be more user friendly for everyone who uses it. They try very hard to improve everything that comes with this product so nothing really! You should definitely consider using rockrms if you need something reliable with great customer service. I've heard multiple complaints from people just like me about other products where all of us got cheated out of our money due to bad business practices. However once we started working with Rock RMS team my experience has been amazing every step of the way. We used many different platforms before settling into rock rms but unfortunately there were some major problems throughout which led us away from them. I like that it is very customizable and easy to use! It's not as robust as other systems out there but we are working on making some of those features available in an update soon. We have been able to keep track of our contacts with ease so far, which has helped us stay organized and be more efficient overall. Also being able to see where people live on a map helps me make sure my team members know who they need to contact if someone moves or changes their address.
