The ease of use was one thing that I really liked about this system. It's not as difficult to navigate as some other systems are, but still has all of the features you need to be successful in your church or ministry. There is no way to get rid of old members or people who have left without having to delete them from our database. If they leave before we can remove their information it creates an issue with how we keep track of our statistics. We had issues keeping up with attendance at events because every time there would be a problem deleting someone from the list they'd add themselves back again and then we couldn't find out who were missing anymore. They also don't let us edit any details about the person once they've been deleted so if something changes later down the road like a new address or phone number we're stuck with what's already entered into the database. This program makes managing membership.
