Review on Rock RMS by Matthew Maxwell

I like that there are many modules available to use as well as different ways of implementing them (website vs email vs text). The customization options are not always up front, which leads to some frustration when trying to get something out the door quickly. I would also like to see more marketing materials provided by Rock, such as brochures for our board members. Also, there is no way to track the number of people who attend an event/program without logging into individual accounts. This makes it difficult to keep tabs on attendance. It does have a lot of great features, but there are still things we're waiting for. We used Rock to better organize all communication across multiple church locations. This included tracking attendance, sending out emails with our monthly newsletters, etc.
