Good product, poor packaging
I forgot to take a picture of the unboxing of this product. When I opened the box the block was in a wavy line because there was no padding to fill the empty space in the box. All papers overlapped vertically. I have to put a pad under a heavy object to straighten it. But overall it's a good pillow.
