The Patient Now platform gives us all of our clinical information in one place! We have been able to consolidate so much info at once that was previously scattered throughout different systems into 1 central location with access from anywhere. Sometimes it can be difficult pulling up previous notes for patients if you are no longer seeing them or they changed doctors since last visit (if there were any). I am hoping this will improve over time as more functionality comes online allowing easier data entry & retrieval across multiple locations. Being electronic health records management has made scheduling appointments very easy because we do NOT need paper copies anymore- just click an appointment icon when ready schedule your next doctor's appt using their new EMR!!
