I love it because of its flexibility to work with different applications like EMR, billing systems etc. This has been great for my clinic as we can have all our information available in one place! The Patient Now platform gives us all of our clinical information in one place! We have been able to consolidate so much info at once that was previously scattered throughout different systems into 1 central location with access from anywhere. Sometimes it can be difficult pulling up previous notes for patients if you are no longer seeing them or they changed doctors since last visit (if there were any). I am hoping this will improve over time as more functionality comes online allowing easier
