I find it easy to use for both my patients as well as myself because of its simplicity in using this application from anywhere with an internet connection or mobile device! The interface can be difficult at times if you are unfamiliar with how certain features work - however that's really just learning curve stuff so nothing terrible by any means here!! Great product overall- great customer service too (which we have received many compliments about). We've been able solve issues related specifically around our EMR integration into other systems such as EpicCareConnect via their API which has saved us time managing those integrations manually through emails etc.- saves SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY.
