Good fitness shoes. in my rating
I bought this shoe for strength training and gym workouts like the T-25 and Insanity. Works fine for that. Good support and a snug fit without the foot moving. I wouldn't recommend it for running. The sole becomes too hard.

- The rubber outsole provides excellent traction for training on slippery surfaces.
Cons
- Shoelaces break easily
