This is the perfect size for my hamburger press. I use two papers per hamburger. Prevents meat from sticking when frozen. Makes it very easy to separate frozen hamburger patties. One caveat: like any frozen meat, paper will absorb moisture. This means the paper can stick to the meat. This is easy to avoid if you have the time. I thaw my burgers in the fridge for a few hours or overnight before cooking. Paper separators can always be easily removed. I recommend them. The cost is good. Good quality. Food Safety Tip: Take out as many papers as you need and put the rest away. Avoid the risk of contamination by handling new paper with dirty hands every time.
