Review on GeoLynx 9-1-1 by Tim Burns

It has been really good for our business, I mean that i'm one of my colleagues use this service all day! Honestly it's an amazing platform which helps us solve many problems during daily workflow; like dispatching cases or working with other departments as well in order improve their processes so we can do better together every single time!! There are sometimes some difficult processes but you just got learn quickly from those things how they works because everything will be clearly explained by there team/engineers behind geo lynix systems ;). We have not any dislikes about geolynxs services except customer care department :P its always helpful when customers wants help regarding your problem :) The best feature is the ability to use the software in the field. This is a great feature when you are working in the field and need to access information that is stored in the software. I do not like that the software is not compatible with other software. I have to use the software in the field and then have to take the information back to my office to use it. I am able to access information that is stored in the software and use it in the field.
