My Golden Retriever likes to go for a walk but pulls a lot. So much so that we can't let the kids run around with her because she would drag them down the street. We tried this collar and it worked straight away. She didn't like wearing it when we first tried it and shook her head a lot but stopped as soon as we walked out the door and started walking. She tried to pull for about 3 seconds until she realized she couldn't, and then she walked beside me at a calm pace for the rest of the time. Now I use it on every walk and give her treats for walking so well - hopefully she won't have to wear it all the time soon and she's just perfectly trained on a leash.
