I ordered a styler, chose the delivery interval 12:00 - 15:00. The styler did not arrive at 1500 and I contacted the support service. I called 5 times, 4 calls and one hung up. During the day, I was promised to look into the situation, at the end of the day (now it's 19:15 and I just finished talking with the support service) - they took pity on me and said that the order probably would not be delivered. Neither where the order, nor where the courier or whether the delivery will be - they could not tell me for sure. 3805828. Stunningly vile, disgusting and pathetic delivery service. It is incredibly sad to start getting acquainted with the Dyson brand on such a note.
