First off, let me state customer service was fantastic. I thought I had a bad unit and they would have replaced immediately but.now the review.Works totally as described. We have bassets so took a bit longer to train probably than most other breeds. Why only four stars rather than five? Humidity. When it is very humid outside, or something dealing with humidity it will go off randomly. I thought I had a bad unit but over the course of a couple days I figured it out, not from the outside unit but the inside. I have the units in our storm door and one afternoon when I had the air conditioning cranked down on a very warm day and it would go off when I opened the door. I guess the cold unit hitting warm air creates a similar moisture to a puppy nose. Fun is morning it has gone off a couple times on its own. I just unplug while the boys are taking their morning nap.
