Poor Quality Metal - Jiffy Coasters & Coasters
The problem with this product is the use of poor quality metal. That would be fine, but they cut slits in it, weakening it and leaving a big hole for junk to collect. In addition, the base is made of plastic, which will break over time. The cost seemed unjustified, a metal pan costs about $20 and a plastic leg doesn't equal $150.
