The program has allowed our emergency services department to manage risk in a very organized manner. It allows us to track risks and prepare accordingly. We are able to see where we need to focus our efforts and where there is room for improvement. I dislike that there isn't an option to have multiple users access the same dashboard. This would be helpful when you have multiple departments using the platform. Our organization uses this software to help track risk and ensure that we are meeting expectations.
