Really good hardware, very solid feel. It looks like the top is metal and the bottom is plastic. The sound quality is really good. I also checked how the mic picks up your voice from 8 feet away and it was almost indistinguishable when I was 1 foot away. However, it has some BIG drawbacks when it comes to conferencing application integration. I use Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex on a daily basis and can confirm that this is the same for all: 1. The mute button is independent of the conferencing app mute. If you mute with the laptop, you cannot unmute with the device. It's not a deal breaker, I chose to just leave it with no sound on the app, but that's not ideal.2. You cannot receive or end calls with the device, you must click in any app you are using to end a call. The button works when you use it to make calls, so the button works, but not with conferencing apps. Support has also confirmed this. For the price it's really disappointing as there are other options. jabra have this function. Hopefully they can add it via a firmware update in the future.
