The four-sided aspect of this tunnel makes it a really fun toy. Our two children run around between the "entrances" and "exits" trying to find/scare/surprise each other. The open part in the middle was a clever touch. This prevents safety issues, kids can always go outside without feeling claustrophobic, and it's also a fun point to regroup mid-harvest when multiple kids are playing. We have no durability issues. It's what you would expect from an ultra-lightweight, super-foldable fabric. And it holds up well. I love how it folds into a tiny thin round circle. When I first folded it I couldn't believe it would ever fold up so small, but it did. Very very good product. Great activity to burn extra energy outside or inside. If you are using it indoors all I can say is as the material is light weight if the child is indoors and turns over the whole thing can tip over. This isn't dangerous for a child (as far as I can tell), but it can knock over valuables or ruin the living room. So I think it's best to use it outdoors where there is enough space to move in any direction.
