Review on Trupanion by Jerry Estrada

I love how easy it is to access from anywhere at anytime, as well as being able to upload my own data for insurance purposes if needed! The only thing i did not like was there wasn't anything in regards to creating new clients or adding them into an account which would have been nice. However this isn't something that has bothered me enough to leave so far but could change over time. It's great because you don't need many people running back and forth between your computer/appointment books just to keep track of things. There is no way to search for specific breeds of animals. It's very hard to get it to work with my insurance company. They keep making changes to the database so you have to delete all your information and begin over again. I suggest people avoid this software. It makes things much more difficult when you are trying to file a claim. The benefits are minimal. You should try something else. This software doesn't even work right.
