The thing I like best about capture 911 is being able to use it while away from our office in other states or countries. We have multiple offices that are not always staffed with someone at them 24 hours per day so this allows us to still be using the software without having an employee present. There has been some times where we didn't realize there was an issue until after submitting it for approval which could lead to problems.
