We bought the whole system for our office. From the first month we had serious problems. Constant problems with programming, hearing, sound and hardware. We started replacing phone parts from the first year and we continue to do so. Mitel will not endorse or endorse the system. You have to contact the company you bought them from and after a year there is no guarantee. Nobody else will help you if you haven't shopped with them. You will be billed for every call and device replacement, whether it fixes the problem or not. I will never buy this system again. It's rubbish and we paid a lot of money for it. You make money on repairs and a short warranty. For comparison: Most telephone systems lasted ten years.
