Terrible phone, not worth buying

This phone does have a decent display but the rest of its features are severely lacking. The buttons are unresponsive and the sound quality is subpar at best. Overall, a terrible addition to our office Electronics.

Pros
  • Good display quality
Cons
  • Unresponsive buttons, poor sound quality

I bought a phone for insurance. Tried using a broken one today.

I bought a phone for an insurance company. I tried to use a broken one today, even the headset broke and didn't work. The return date is closed. Check the product when you buy from these guys.

Pros
  • Price
Cons

The system had to be replaced in the first year. Wouldn't buy again.

We bought the whole system for our office. From the first month we had serious problems. Constant problems with programming, hearing, sound and hardware. We started replacing phone parts from the first year and we continue to do so. Mitel will not endorse or endorse the system. You have to contact the company you bought them from and after a year there is no guarantee. Nobody else will help you if you haven't shopped with them. You will be billed for every call and device replacement, whetherโ€ฆ

Pros
  • also understandable for the old ones
Cons
  • A bit of variety
