Works as intended - some additional considerations apply

These adapters are fully functional. I mostly use them when I use my computer in the field. Note that there is no grounding plug (this is not a problem for most modern electronics). I use a grounding adapter in my "home base" for two reasons: it's nice to have the ability to ground, and the extra prong makes the adapter more stable in a wall outlet. I carry a 3 foot extension cord with 3-6 outlets to plug in various electronics when setting up my "power center".
