Awesome Product! Very intensive, dark colour, dilutable with water to lighten. I tried it on fabric that was pre-dyed and didn't change color or blend with the background. A great way to layer different colors that will keep their original color but also bond with the fabric meaning the color will flow inwards like a dyed fabric. If you paint on top of a different color, it will mix with the color you painted first and you'll end up with the other color or brown "mud" if you're not careful (e.g. yellow over purple = brown). Dyes can do this too, as long as they're fully opaque, they don't penetrate the fabric, they just "sit" on top of it (like all fabric dyes). This ink is amazing as it acts like a dye but doesn't need to be applied. with chemicals and dye baths, soaking and rinsing. I still love to dye fabrics, some patterns can only be done that way. But this product makes a fantastic addition to any fiber artist's collection. I just received my first bottle and I really liked it so I ordered a whole set. Especially good for adding details. I bought from "Art Materials" on Revain, they shipped it for free, I got it in 2 days! Good service!
