Works as it should.
I'm really confused why they changed the design and made a big gap in the front instead of just leaving the lens open like a windshield for the Hero 7. It's not really a problem if you don't have a case. what am I doing. So a gap that big allows it to stretch much further and distort on camera rather than being a solid piece of foam. No matter how much I adjust it, it always shifts a little more one way than the other, and you can see that on the footage because the Hero 8's lens is so small too. Does its job though, the Hero 8 is already insane without the foam screen, but that only helps it more.
