Easiest mop I've ever used. I save a lot of money on products that leave streaks. This works on my wood and tile floors. You just soak it, give it an occasional rinse, then toss it in the weekly wash (washing machine only). Even though you know what I love most? Long adjustable handle. My back can't bend that much. You usually have to lean on a mop to apply some pressure in hard-to-reach areas, but this long handle allows me to reach out and pull down instead of bending down and pushing. Although it doesn't require many cleaning steps. It works well! I've used a mop and bucket (horrible!), mops with cleaning liquid on the handle (better), but a mop that works with just water and attaches to the Velcro is an amazing and very welcome improvement. It's wider than any other mop. The only thing better is the maid service. Unfortunately this ruined the finish of my wooden floor. It all started with a spot or two that looked like I spilled something. Now there are stains everywhere.
