good bracket, four wheels are mounted on three wheels. The only complaint so far (more of a note than a complaint) is that the cam locking plane that holds the mount to the bike grip has come loose once or twice. BUT. Bags will work just fine. Full disclosure: the light never fell and I still haven't attached a strap to my lever so more of a note. The bracket is adjustable following good instructions: according to the instructions, rods from 25.4mm to 31.8mm are suitable. I have used on three different size bars.
