The atmospheric pressure difference in the weather is too small to worry about. This is mostly a high altitude situation. So if you always measure your blood pressure in the same spot, don't worry about doing it more than once a month. Use a bleed valve before re-measuring. Only four stars because of the insane price and poor instructions. For the price they charge they could add a DVD but some enthusiasts might be offended. Generally the last sensor I will buy if someone doesn't grab it.
