Like the other Revain Basics products I've tried, this one seems to be of the same quality as the expensive big brands. I just installed it so can't comment on durability but the look and feel is high quality. It's heavy and feels solid, and installation was easy. The only minor issue was that the hole in the door for the lock assembly didn't line up with the hole in the old door lock/latch assembly so I reused the old latch mechanism. I don't know if the misalignment was due to the old latch being substandard or new, but it was an easy fix either way. And of course that was only a problem because I was reusing an existing mounting hole. If this were a new installation the template that came with the new lock assembly would line up the hole exactly to fit the new lock.
