Florboom's Customer Service Could Use Some Work

As a repeat customer of Florboom, I can't decide how I feel about shopping there. Florboom has a lot of cool stuff, and I love the diversity of clothes, shoes, and jewelry, but it has some serious flaws as well. The quality of their customer service is Florboom's biggest weakness. Although I've had some success working with their team, I've also had issues with their communication on more than one occasion. Getting a reply to an email or query may take several days, which is annoying if you need help right away. In addition, Florboom has often been late in sending out my items. I get that there may be hiccups with shipment, but it would be nice if the company gave more precise delivery estimates. In any case, I value the high standard of the Florboom website's offerings. I have had many compliments on the clothes, shoes, and jewelry I have purchased. It's also great that the costs are affordable. Florboom might be a fantastic online boutique for women's clothing, but they need to work on their customer service and other weak points. If they fix these problems, I'll be more likely to buy from them again.
