I use one of these to keep my premixed nutrient solution mobile for extended storage in a 5 gallon pail. He's great for that! IMPORTANT: The magnets on it are very strong and the curvature of the bucket makes them easy to attach. My only concern is that the variable speed is a joke in my opinion. It's just an internal cage that rotates relative to another cage and more or less blocks the flow. It didn't seem like much to me. This thing is also very quiet, which I feared. Update: She's having a weird issue that I'm going to randomly test her on and she's almost lost all power. After I unplugged it they plugged it back in, it works fine until it stops again. The return period has expired. ESPECIALLY DO NOT BUY AN AQUARIUM WITH LIVE FISH! DO NOT YOU BELIEVE!
