Great performance for the price but the amperage is less than 36 inches in diameter. It was 60 gallons / 4 feet wide. More suitable for small pools. Very quiet, long cable and magnetic attachment.

I had 2 of these in my 220 with expensive flashlights and ramps. I connected them to a Wi-Fi On/Off smart plug and switched accordingly. In less than 2 months, one of them stopped working. I only noticed after maybe 3 hours that the surface was not aerated. I put my hand in the tank and got hit! Taken out both at once, lesson learned, don't buy cheap stuff!

This unit is weaker than the one I replaced it with. It's finicky, if you clean it, expect it to fall apart in your hand (you can put it back together and have it working again in a couple of days). The rating is a misinterpretation. It doesn't move that much water in any way, my 150 gallon per hour Echo moves a lot more water. I do not recommend you use it in an aquarium, nano aquarium, pond, pool or rivers and streams.

Placed in a 65 gallon tank and still very impressive. It is quiet and moves a lot of water for little head. It has a feature to close the side air intakes, which reduces turbulence and straightens the flow, giving me the flow pattern I wanted. It is durable and looks well made. An excellent value for money single speed drivetrain that gives you functional flow control in the lockable vent function.

Not only is it white, it also works perfectly, quietly and powerfully! I have a 32 gallon Biocube and the 700 gallon works perfectly with it. You can see it's picking up some sand so it's great for those dead zones. I can't even hear it running which is great since my aquarium is in my room. Rschunimagu. I use one of these to keep my premixed nutrient solution mobile for extended storage in a 5 gallon pail. He's great for that!
