I recently bought outdoor equipment from HiVisible, and I was very dissatisfied with both the quality of their goods and the level of customer support in general. When I contacted their customer service team for assistance, I got unhelpful and impersonal answers. The equipment I received was flimsy and felt like it would break after only a few uses. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for high-quality outdoor equipment and accessories to purchase HiVisible.
