Review on Ateco 8x8x3-Inch Professional Square Pan Baking Supply Review by Erica Rogers

I have used this in a fire pit but was very, very impressed with the build quality. It was a very strong pan. It arrived curled around the edge so slightly, less than 1/8th of an inch I'd say, and wouldn't cause any problems with internal baking, but did in a horizontal situation like mine when I dropped it pre-cut. hole, it was a little noticeable. However, I cannot stress enough that this pan is one of the best aluminum pans I have come across and I have a cupboard full of cheap pans that cannot compare to this one.
