I love that I can create different templates for different clients, so each client has their own look and feel to their invoice. I also like how easy it is to send out invoices and reminders and the notifications are great! I wish there was an option to add multiple attachments at once. It's difficult to drag and drop them onto the screen. The best way for me to do this is to copy all of the attachments into my word document first, then paste them in one at a time. It's tedious, but it works. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the formatting correct before sending out the invoice. I'm able to easily customize my invoices with all of my clients' information and details included. I can't live without the reminders! It makes it very easy to keep track of when invoices need to be paid.
