Review on Powerful and Reliable: Weller SP120 Watt Soldering Iron by Corey Burgess

I needed a bigger and heavier soldering iron to solder PL-259 coax connectors without having to heat the connector for so long. I found this Weller and bought it based on my past experience and reputation. It's a big, heavy iron and once I had it I soldered the connections. It worked well to quickly solder large connectors without damaging the insulation. A few days later I did it again and it soldered like a dream (after a long warm up). The next day my friend brought me his to solder, but the iron didn't get hot. In my opinion, Weller has lost all credibility. unacceptable. Cheap nameless Chinese irons work better!
