Possible design issue
Installation was easy and fairly straightforward so instructions weren't really needed although it would have been nice to have them. It would also be nice to have a way to measure the height of each screw on the product, like the markings on the hex shaft. I ran into an apparent problem with the previous version where the bottom horizontal screws loosen and the entire bottom of the shaft falls off when moving. If they send me replacement hardware I use red Loctite on all cross bolts. The bad news is that I have to reinstall camp locks for now.
