Easy to use interface with easy reporting capabilities that are useful in keeping track of our network security posture as well at providing alerts when something does go wrong or is out there being used against us by someone who doesn't have authorization (eg hacking). I wish we could set up more rules than just allow access from specific IP addresses but this can be done if needed through their support team which they also provide excellent service over email so no issues here either! It's great having all your data available via one place rather then searching around different places trying find what you need while waiting for an alert notification.
