IronNet CyOC Review

I really like that there are multiple different ways to be notified about an incident or event you have been assigned to handle. You can get all of your alerts in one place so it is easy to know what has happened since last time you checked. This could probably use some more training on how to properly utilize each feature. Easy to use interface with easy reporting capabilities that are useful in keeping track of our network security posture as well at providing alerts when something does go wrong or is out there being used against us by someone who doesn't have authorization (eg hacking). I wish we could set up more rules than just allow access from specific IP addresses but this can be done if needed through their support team which they also provide excellent service over email so no issues here either!
