3 stars bc its not strong at all, nor "extra strong" as packaging label says. If you need a cheap thing bag for a tiny bathroom can, then this is perfect. I would not put anything slightly heavy nor sharp in these bags bc the plastic is flexible but rips easily. I wanted them for easy clean up when using 5gal home depot buckets, but these don't fit. Had to stretch them 3x to get it onto the bucket and ripped edges in process bc they are too tight with the drawstring, yet the bag size itself does not fit the circumference of a 14.5"x12" standard HD bucket. Even after burping out the air the width does not lay flat against the bucket wall after it stretches across the bottom and it then loses the height to wrap down the outside of the bucket. I need a bag that's at least 2" wider and 3-4" taller to fit a bucket well to hold paint. Plus I need a stronger mil than 0.7 which is gets scratched up easily by the roller handle.
