Highly recommended product with very friendly support team

We are able solve problems of our customers using their own data from booking platforms like Kayak or Hipmunk in order create more personalized offers for every single guest! It saves us time as we do not have any manual processes anymore which is great when you work 24/7 hours per day - 365 days / year :) Sometimes it takes some times until I am getting notifications about new issues raised by my customer so its sometimes hard if they want an immediate answer but overall everything works well at this point! Nothing much since last month :). The only thing what can be improved now would maybe could get rid off "I'm sorry" button after sending out SMS text message because there's almost no usefull feedbacks coming back once user has read them (or clicked).
