I bought this back in August 2020 and have used it every day since. The "switch" knob and Volume knob have a great feel to them when moving. The only issue I had was the "Mute", "IN/OUT" switch (red button). It was causing problems where audio would cut out on one side, sometimes left sometimes right, it is very sensitive, the slightest movement would cut the audio. I ended up finally removing that button today, soldered the connectors directly to have it in the 4 in 1 out position. Other than this one issue its been a great little device to use.
