I got lucky. There are a few things pet owners need to know about this harness. It fits my Chihauhah (sp?) MIX like a glove. He is 8 pounds. and short haired. However, the most important part is the throat to prevent choking. And it is NOT REGULATED. He wears a small size. And it's just not too tight around the neck. If you have a long haired dog, which is usually SMALL, this may be too tight around the neck. Although the quality seems great. Also, the gold emblem isn't as big or conspicuous as I thought it would be. But overall I'm satisfied.
