I love this product and it's great. Would give 5 stars but the only thing I didn't like was that the door opens a little. it is designed to allow air to flow around it, but it actually only opens into a slit. A very small piece of 100 mile tape fixed it and I'm happy with the quick fix. I've made fruit that was absolutely delicious and made beef jerky fit for a king. Don't let me stop you from the door, this product is GREAT and I love it. The automatic timer is just the icing on the cake. set and forget. Come back and loads of great treats are ready
