At the price, I can hardly believe that the front door was installed so askew that the gap on the right is 2 mm larger than on the left. The rest of the device feels thin. Again, I used much, much cheaper dehydrators that feel much more durable (and the doors aren't crooked!). I assume you're paying for stainless steel?

After reading the instructions, I plugged in the dehydrator and followed all the instructions. Unfortunately, none of the displays turned on. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing has worked. You sent me a defective device. After realizing this I emailed and called the address/number listed in the manual. My email was bounced as "undeliverable" and the phone number didn't work. I am grateful that Revane allowed us to return quickly. I will not buy anything from this store again.

I love this product and it's great. Would give 5 stars but the only thing I didn't like was that the door opens a little. it is designed to allow air to flow around it, but it actually only opens into a slit. A very small piece of 100 mile tape fixed it and I'm happy with the quick fix. I've made fruit that was absolutely delicious and made beef jerky fit for a king. I am very impressed with this dehydrator. Although this is my first I can't compare myself to others but I will say that I did my research that led to this one. The first dehydrator I ordered was from a different manufacturer but got lost in transit and then sold out. I ordered a dehydrator and it came damaged in a box, the top door came off. The boxes were not damaged in transit. I asked for a replacement and they sent me a new one. The new one wasn't damaged, but the door was misaligned, leaving a large gap at the top. It seems to be a quality issue in production. Updated Rating 5 stars instead of 4: Added a few photos and dried some hot peppers from my garden. I'm dehydrating some canned fruit right now. The product is working like a charm so far. The only criticism is that the temperature is only displayed in degrees Celsius. Easy solution with a quick calculation, or if you're bad at math use google. You should allow the product to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius. However, I repeat, the product still works like a charm and deserves 5 stars…
