I ordered a dehydrator and it came damaged in a box, the top door came off. The boxes were not damaged in transit. I asked for a replacement and they sent me a new one. The new one wasn't damaged, but the door was misaligned, leaving a large gap at the top. It seems to be a quality issue in production. I've used it a few times and it works well, I'm just not sure how long it will last before the door breaks. The temperature control is easy to use and is one of the great things about this dehydrator. However, I don't think it's worth the money spent. If the company finds a way to make a stronger door, it will likely have a better product.
