I like that it is easy for me as an individual user (and not part of my organization) because you can create your own custom reports or download them from other users' accounts in order make sense out data without having access into their account information itself! It's also very helpful when searching through people who are within our network but do have different email addresses than what we use internally so they're able find eachother easier too!! We've used this software at work where there were multiple employees using one computer system which made finding certain files difficult sometimes since some had more permissions then others did etc.. This has helped us organize all those documents together easily instead just doing searches manually by going back & forth between folders until i found exactly how many times something was printed/used vs being deleted after printing if its no longer needed anymore.
