Perfect interoperability with existing Kidde devices

This is very cool. I was wondering if this unit would work well with the existing Kidde unit in my house as I only need to replace 1 unit with a new one. And this device will work smoothly with existing Kidde devices once the installation is complete. Because it's very compatible, I don't have to reorganize the cables, I just have to replace the base. The installation is very easy and uncomplicated and works great. Thanks ^^*
