Review on Franklin Sports Hockey Stick Replacement by Robert Howell

I've played street hockey for many years and only recently decided to use these blades rather than buying full sticks. I used a Louisville composite stick, but after 5-6 uses the blade wore down enough to affect my handling of the stick. I sawed off the old blade after it wore out and used these blades with my composite. That's great. Depending on how often you use them and how intensively they are used, they can wear out quickly, but they offer a MUCH more economical alternative to replacing entire clubs when you really just need a new wood. They're great for working with sticks and maybe even kicking a ball for street hockey, but I don't recommend using a puck.
