I love these shorts and wore them to help protect my hips and backside from bruises when I learned how to snowboard. These saved me so many times and I didn't get a single bruise even when I slid all the way down a hill. They fit well and didn't slide or move around although they did feel a little tight around my hips. The pads are soft and aren't too bulky or uncomfortable.
