Ryzen 2700X + MSI M7 X370 is not suitable for the nominal frequency of 3600 MHz. I've tried literally everything, it just doesn't boot at 3600MHz, but it does boot at 3333MHz and 3466MHz. The performance gain was very small, around 3-4 points for single-core performance, and multi-core performance dropped a few points. The storage feels and looks premium, so it has it all. I didn't expect it to work, but I decided to take the risk anyway. Update: Rebuilt Ryzen (2700X) with Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 (2nd replacement board) and I want to let everyone know don't waste your time or money. paired with a gigabyte board in this kit. The maximum memory is 3466 @ 17-18-18-38.
